1. Do I need a doctor’s referral for Pilates?
No, however one may be requested if you have any health related concerns that can affect your ability to exercise.
2. Does Medicare cover Pilates?
No, Medicare does not cover Pilates exercise services.
3. How much does Pilates cost?

We also accept cash, cheque, eftpos and VISA/Mastercard payments.
6. Do I need to book?
Yes. To ensure that groups do not get overbooked, and your spot is reserved in a timeslot that suits you, Pilates bookings are made by the term. All participants are to select the timeslot that suits them. You will remain in this group for the duration of the term. Your bookings can be managed through our online booking system.

7. What if I can’t make a session?
At our valuable rates, there are no refunds/roll over of payments.
If however you provide Physio Essentials with at least 90 minutes notice of a session you are unable to attend, we endeavour to organise for you to join one of of other timeslots that week. Please see our ‘make up’ policy for more details
9. What happens if I am running late?
If you are running late, we ask that you please call Physio Essentials as early as possible to let us know.
We want you to always arrive safely, so don’t rush, we are happy for you to join in when you arrive.
Please note, our programs have set start and finish times, so if you do arrive late, it will simply mean a shorter session for you in such a situation.
10. What should I wear?
It is best to wear anything that is comfortable for you. Clothing should be adequate for your to move your arms and legs throughout a large range of motion.
You will be also doing all exercises bare foot and with socks on, so footwear is up to you.
11. How many people in a class?
Physio Essentials provides individual programs to all participants in a group scenario. As a result, we have a maximum ratio of 6 participants to 1 instructor at any given time/class.
12. How do I locate you? And is there parking available?
Physio Essentials is located inside Casula Central (entrance via Hume Hwy at Oporto or Pine Road). Please see the contact us page for map and details.
Once inside the complex, there is plenty of on site (off road) parking.
We are located on ground floor, next to Beumont Tiles, and opposite Pasta Italia
