Sports Specific Training

Physio Essentials has partnered with Strength & Conditioning Trainer, Matt Macias to provide strength and conditioning and sports specific training services to our local sporting athletes.

This partnership allows us to offer biomechanical analysis and training, geared towards improving movement efficiency, provide end stage injury rehabilitation and therefore enhance sporting performance, and decrease risk of injury/re-injury.

We identified the strong overlap that Physiotherapy and strength and conditioning has in the sporting arena, and how we could bridge the gap for sporting athletes in the local community. Our extensive knowledge of human anatomy, physiology and biomechanics, combined with our involvement with injury rehabilitation, local sporting athletes and groups, as well as coaching and support staff make us the ideal professionals to help you, help yourself with your sporting ambitions.
